Captia : Patient acquisition for clinics

Advertising brings messages at all hours, referrals arrive through different channels, and patients from two years ago do not come back on their own.

Find the people already looking for you

With Captia the diary fills up with real conversations: advertising and referrals arrive already being answered on WhatsApp, past patients hear from you when a review is due, and you can see which campaign and which specialty are bringing people in.

The product

What it does Captia

Advertising arrives on WhatsApp, not through a form

Meta and Google ads click straight into the conversation, and somebody is already answering there. The patient fills nothing in and does not wait for a call back: they ask, and they get an answer.

Referrals from other practitioners, fully traceable

Physiotherapists, doctors in other specialties and the centres you work with can refer through their own channel, and it is recorded who brought each patient in.

Your own database starts moving again

It identifies patients who came to the centre and are due a review or the next stage of a treatment, and prepares the contact to bring them back. With their consent, and with opt-out in one click.

Each specialty, its own conversation

An orthopaedics campaign and a dentistry campaign do not speak the same way or ask for the same things. Captia keeps what comes in through each one separate and routes it to the right practitioner.

A dashboard by campaign and specialty

Conversations received, appointments booked and active follow-up, broken down by campaign, channel and specialty. So you can decide where next month is worth spending.

The alert when a person is needed

When a conversation needs somebody from the centre, it says so. During opening hours, so the call happens quickly; outside them, it leaves the contact ready for first thing.

Health data, treated as what it is

The moment somebody mentions a specialty or a treatment, that is health data: a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR. Consent captured, purpose declared, and objection and opt-out always available.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Captia

What is Captia?

Clinipulsia’s patient acquisition product. It turns Meta and Google advertising and referrals from other practitioners into conversations answered on WhatsApp, with no forms, and brings patients from the clinic’s own base back when a review or the next stage of a treatment is due.

How does someone who clicks an ad reach WhatsApp?

Through WhatsApp Business, Meta’s messaging channel. Meta and Google ads and the website button open the conversation with a direct click, with no forms, and Sía is already answering there. Use of that channel is also subject to the Meta and WhatsApp Business policies.

Are referrals from other practitioners tracked?

Yes. Physiotherapists, doctors from other specialties and partner centres refer through their own channel, and the platform records who brought each patient.

How are past patients brought back?

Captia identifies people who came to the centre and have a review or the next stage of a treatment pending, and prepares the contact to bring them back. Always with their consent and with one-click opt-out.

How do I know which campaign is bringing patients?

The dashboard shows conversations received, appointments booked and active follow-up, broken down by campaign, channel and specialty. It is data to decide where to invest next month, not a promise of results.

How is health data handled in acquisition?

As soon as someone mentions a specialty or a treatment, that is already health data, a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR. Consent is collected, the purpose is stated, and objection and opt-out are always available.
